If you would like your clan added to this page please reply to this post on the forums. Clans will be listed in the order they are received.

• Clan Name and Clan Tag (if applicable)
• Clan Description (who the clan is for, how long its existed, etc)
• Modes Played (Conquest/Jedi/Space)
• Clan Website/Discord/etc
• Clan Graphic/Image (300px by 300px preferred, may be modified to fit)
• Clan Member List in PSN IDs/Steam IDs
• Leader
• Member 1
• Member 2
• Preferred Contact Method: (ie this forum, Steam/PSN message, discord, etc)
